Terry-band visor
A soft-textured interpretation of the open-top visor. Focus on the contrast between the tactile band and the cleaner visor surface.

- Terry-look band / cotton brim direction
- Construction
- Textured open band / curved brim
- Branding
- Artwork and label placement to confirm

Four decisions that define this design.
Open-top visor concepts do not provide crown coverage. Any specific sun-protection or performance claim requires separate confirmation and evidence.
Terry placement and hand
Specify where the terry material is used: outside, inside or both. Confirm its actual composition and hand with a sample.
Band-to-brim junction
Check the seam where the band meets the brim. The texture should not conceal an uneven junction or make the band bulky against the skin.
Artwork on texture
Review the mark on the proposed terry surface. If the texture competes with the artwork, discuss a separate label and its attachment.
Inside surface review
Inspect the inside band after handling. Do not infer absorbency or other performance from appearance; state any functional requirement for confirmation.
Make the approval specific.
Check band comfort, adjustment attachment, brim symmetry and edge finish. Inspect the item worn as well as laid flat.
Use the checklist to identify the topics you want to discuss. Include the design name and reference version when requesting changes. A selected point becomes part of your enquiry; it does not approve a specification.

Build my terry-band visor brief ↗Connect the brief with the factory.
Our Hangzhou factory was established in 2016, with 8 production lines and 200+ employees. OEM and ODM development, custom logos, labels, hangtags and packaging are available. Discuss the production route for your chosen construction with the team.

Sample development
Use the sample to resolve construction, fit and branding. Sampling is 7–10 working days; allow separately for your review and any revisions.

Every-piece inspection
We carry out 100% inspection. Agree the sample version, written requirements and design-specific review points for the order.

Brand finishing
Provide the current artwork for labels, hangtags and packaging. Identify which details vary across styles and colorways.

These concepts are starting points for development. A quotation needs a defined scope, not only a product name.

Artwork and label placement to confirm
Generated concept imagery, not finished stock or customer work. Confirm materials and construction through sampling.- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.
