A first collection, an event run and a repeat order need different conversations. Tell us how the hats will be used, which decisions are already made and what still needs development.
Launching a private-label hat collection
Start with a small, clearly defined range. Choose the silhouette, intended fit and branding position before multiplying colorways. A logo file alone does not specify a hat: include rear closure, inside labels, hangtags and the presentation your customer will receive.
For OEM development, send the specification you want reviewed. For ODM support, show the direction and identify what you would like to develop together.
Ordering for an event or team
Share the required arrival date, destination and quantity breakdown. Work backward through transport, production, sample approval and possible revisions. If several departments or locations receive the order, discuss their quantities and packing labels before confirming the brief.
Returning for a repeat order
Reference the previous approved sample and name every intended change. A repeat logo does not mean unchanged fabric, fit or trim. Keep the earlier specification available and confirm the new material and color references before production.

Prototype hat samples cost US$50–200. The first modification is free. Prototype and modification sample charges are refundable with a bulk order of at least 100 pieces.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. One style in two colors requires at least 100 pieces in each color, or 200 pieces total.
How long do samples and production take?
Sampling is 7–10 working days. Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Confirm the schedule for your project with us; these figures do not include shipping time.
How much does a custom hat sample cost?
Prototype samples cost US$50–200. The first modification is free. Prototype and modification sample charges are refundable with a bulk order of at least 100 pieces. Confirm the sample specification, shipping charge and refund arrangement before payment.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We work with headwear brands targeting markets worldwide.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. Bring an existing specification for an OEM discussion, or share a concept and references to start an ODM discussion.
How do I start a project?
Send your hat style, quantity per style and color, design references and destination through the project form or WhatsApp. Undecided details can be discussed.
