Crown & brim: Six-panel / contrast brim
Size & fit reference: Identify the desired six-panel profile and brim curve. Color references should not override the front and side views that define the shape.
Component color map: List crown, upper brim, underbrim, button, eyelets, closure and thread. Assign every small component to a color instead of leaving the factory to infer it.
Logo & artwork file: Specify whether the logo matches the brim, contrasts with both fabrics or introduces another color. Include thread references and finished artwork size.
Labels, trims & packaging: Assign a style/colorway reference to the labels, hangtags and packaging brief so order quantities remain connected to the correct finished combination.

List each complete crown-and-brim combination on its own line. For example, a cream crown with a navy brim is a separate finished colorway from a navy crown with a cream brim. Apply the minimum per style and finished colorway.

Are the illustrated dimensions and materials fixed?

These are custom development references. Specify the dimensions, material composition, weight, color and construction you require; they are not established by the generated imagery or a generic material name.

How do I organize a mixed-style or mixed-color enquiry?

List each style and finished colorway with its own quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Include changes to artwork, trims or fabrics so we can review the complete order breakdown.

What should be agreed before bulk production?
