Custom design reference / Baseball caps

Structured twill cap

A sharper everyday standard.

A crisp twill concept built around a more defined front profile. It suits an identity that needs a clear, consistent canvas, from club merchandise to a coordinated brand collection. The crown support and logo should be reviewed together so the finished expression feels deliberate rather than overly stiff.

The product specification / Structured twill cap

A reference you can develop.

Use the illustrated design as a starting point. The specification below separates the design direction from the details to confirm for your own order.

Where this direction fits

Develop a defined front for a collection built around a clear embroidered identity. Treat front support, crown height and the mark as one assembled design.

When to compare another direction

Compare the washed dad cap if you want a more relaxed crown, or the two-tone cap if contrast between crown and brim is the main design feature.

Crown & brim
Defined front / curved brim
Size & fit reference
Specify crown height and desired front firmness separately. Include a side profile with the brim visible and your intended fit reference.
Component color map
Specify crown, brim, underbrim, button, eyelets, adjustment and thread colors. Note which details should visually match the main twill.
Logo & artwork file
Mark the logo position relative to the center seam and brim. Supply final-size lettering and identify any features that must not cross the seam.
Labels, trims & packaging
Include closure type, strap-end treatment, inside brand label and hangtag details. Clarify whether external trims should be tonal or contrasting.

Design reference, not a stocked SKU. Exact dimensions, composition, fabric weight and finished treatment are agreed through project review and sampling.

A shared language for the sample.

Crown support

The internal support that influences front firmness. Agree it separately from crown height.

Center seam

The join through the front of a paneled crown. Artwork must account for its raised surface.

Underbrim

The underside of the visor. Record its color and finish independently from the top.

Strap return

The path and storage of the adjustment tail. Check it across the intended fit range.

Before you approve

What to check on your sample.

Design-specific priority
Identify the front structure and decorated area together. Specify the intended crown profile and the artwork size so the quoted direction covers the complete structured front.
Quantity breakdown
List each finished colorway separately with its quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. A shared trim or logo does not merge separate combinations.
Retail finish
Identify main labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging you need. State which artwork belongs to each item and whether anything varies by colorway.
Destination & timing
Share the destination and required arrival date. Sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk production 30–45 working days; review, revisions and transport are separate.
Product buying questions / Structured twill cap

Resolve the details before you order.

Structured twill cap: Surface & seam. Generated design reference.
Inspect the material character and how it meets stitching and decoration.

Does a structured front also define the crown height?

No. Front support and height describe different aspects of the cap. Show the side profile you want and describe the intended firmness independently, then approve both on the decorated sample.

Are the illustrated dimensions and materials fixed?

These are custom development references. Specify the dimensions, material composition, weight, color and construction you require; they are not established by the generated imagery or a generic material name.

How do I organize a mixed-style or mixed-color enquiry?

List each style and finished colorway with its own quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Include changes to artwork, trims or fabrics so we can review the complete order breakdown.

What should be agreed before bulk production?

Agree the sample, current specifications, artwork versions, colorway quantities, labels and packaging requirements. Sampling takes 7–10 working days; bulk takes 30–45 working days. Review, revision and shipping time need separate planning.
