Component color map: List front, mesh, top brim, underbrim, edge stitching and closure. Make the underbrim an explicit decision because it is visible in use.
Logo & artwork file: Mark the intended horizontal baseline and distance above the brim seam. Supply the embroidery dimensions rather than requesting a generic centered logo.
Labels, trims & packaging: Confirm rear closure appearance, inside labels and whether hangtags or packaging must preserve a particular presentation of the brim.

Request front and side views with the cap resting naturally, plus an underbrim view. Identify any manual shaping in the reference so it is not mistaken for the construction of the sample itself.
