Four decisions that define this design.
Outdoor is a design category, not a performance certification. No UPF, waterproof, wind-resistance or packability rating is claimed.
All-around brim angle
Agree the brim width and angle around the full circumference. Check front, side and rear coverage on a worn sample.
Canvas hand
Choose the canvas hand and structure together. A heavier-looking surface does not automatically create the brim behavior you want.
Cord details
Identify the chin-cord appearance and attachment if included. Discuss adjustment details and how the cord is presented when the hat is packed.
Crown-to-brim finish
Review seams around the crown and brim. Any required protective property needs a separate specification and evidence.
Make the approval specific.
Inspect brim balance, vent joins, flap attachment and adjustment details relevant to the selected design. Confirm packaging requirements without assuming that every hat is packable.

Provide the current artwork for labels, hangtags and packaging. Identify which details vary across styles and colorways.

Artwork and label placement to confirm
Generated concept imagery, not finished stock or customer work. Confirm materials and construction through sampling.- Style and color quantities
- List each finished colorway and its quantity. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color. Clarify any size breakdown with the team.
- Artwork and trims
- Include logo size, placement, technique preference, labels, hangtags and packaging. Indicate which files and details are still being developed.
- Schedule and destination
- Bulk production is 30–45 working days. Share your arrival target and destination; review, revisions and transport are separate stages.
- Commercial scope
- Confirm what the quote includes, the sample arrangements and any separate packaging or transport items. Pricing and specifications are agreed for your project.

A contrast between a solid brim and a visibly open-textured crown detail. The mesh placement is a construction decision; the image does not quantify airflow or cooling.

A rear-coverage concept that adds a fabric flap to an outdoor brimmed silhouette. Develop flap shape and attachment explicitly instead of treating it as an accessory added at the end.
